Local lessons
At the farm in Sebastopol, or at your barn.
A fourth-generation local, Tressa has been teaching in Sonoma County for 40 years.

Lunge lessons
The cornerstone of good equitation. To improve one's seat in the saddle is to have a better awareness of the finer points of riding and how to be more just to your horse.

Quadrille
Riding in a group and in formation, manoeuvring the arena in unison while coordinating figures and movements. Challenging and fun for riders and their mounts.

Riding lessons
For riders of all levels on their own horse. Learn what classical dressage riding is and how this approach improves any horse's wellbeing while they become happier to work, stronger and more beautiful.
Tressa has been teaching in Sonoma County for 40 years. As a fourth-generation local, she grew up in the rich horse community that this area has always been well known for, so it is with pride and dedication she passes on the knowledge she has acquired through the years.
Her passion is the horse, and educating people on how to understand their relationship with them through the principles of classical riding and horsemanship. There's opportunity to have Tressa travel locally to your barn, or you can make arrangements to haul in to her private farm. She is happy to accommodate single or group lessons.
I've known Tressa so long, that after the first 20 years, I've lost count. Whatever the situation she has always believed in me and the horses that I love.
