Virtual lessons

Tressa in your ear, in your own arena.

Live classical dressage instruction wherever you ride, with technology most riders already have.

What you need

Technology most riders already have.

A phone or tablet

Propped where it can see the arena, or on a tripod.

Internet at the arena

A cell signal or barn Wi-Fi is enough.

Wireless earbuds

Bluetooth earbuds so you hear Tressa while you ride. The only other thing needed.

A Pivo, optional

A Pivo or similar tracking device is useful, but not necessary.

Virtual lessons are a great opportunity for the rider to receive support in their riding journey. With the proper set-up, no matter the distance, anyone can benefit from this learning modality. Riders can now benefit from Tressa's extensive background in classical equitation from the comfort of their own arena.

If you do not have access to the internet at your barn you can still learn from Tressa: look into her video assessments.

How it works

Three steps, then you ride.

I

Inquire

A short note about you, your horse and what you would like to work on. Tressa replies personally and you agree a time.

II

Set up your phone

Prop a phone or tablet where it can see the arena, or use a Pivo. Put in wireless earbuds.

III

Ride the lesson

Tressa watches live, sees what you are feeling, and tells you what to change as it happens. Take notes afterwards.

I never set out to take online lessons, but the quality of instruction I was looking for was not available in person. Tressa misses nothing, and is able to see nuances and explain exactly what I should be feeling in real time. I feel like she's in the arena with me even though she's states away.
